Iranian people

On the Irreversible Collapse of the Islamic Republic and the Mandate for a Democratic Transition

March 1, 2026

TO: The Government of the United States of America; European Governments; Freedom-Loving Nations Worldwide; International Human Rights Organizations.

I. The End of the Islamic Republic

Iran has reached a definitive turning point. The Islamic Republic is drawing its final breaths. Following the death of Ali Khamenei and the elimination of key IRGC assets, the regime's machinery of terror has lost its ideological and structural anchor. The systematic campaign of lethal violence—resulting in the massacre of tens of thousands of Iranians under total internet blackouts—has failed to extinguish the "Lion and Sun Revolution".

II. A Warning Against Illegitimate Alternatives

We formally warn the international community against engaging with opportunistic groups that lack domestic legitimacy and seek to hijack the Iranian people’s struggle for their own extremist or undemocratic agendas.

  • The MEK (Mojahedin-e Khalq): We unequivocally reject the MEK as a representative of the Iranian people. This group’s history of violence, cult-like structure, and past alliance with enemies of the Iranian state renders them fundamentally incompatible with a democratic future.

  • Regime Remnants: Any attempt by the "Assembly of Experts" or the "De Facto Leadership Council" to appoint a successor to Khamenei is doomed to fail; such figures will lack all legitimacy and be viewed as accomplices in crimes against humanity.

III. The Mandate for Prince Reza Pahlavi

Iranaissance reaffirms its full support for Prince Reza Pahlavi as the sole figure capable of leading the national transition (Samaneh-ye Gozar).

  • Stability and Unity: Prince Reza Pahlavi’s leadership ensures a non-violent transition by encouraging maximum defections from the military to the side of the people.

  • Democratic Goal: Prince Reza Pahlavi’s role is strictly defined: to oversee a transitional period that protects human rights and culminates in a free and fair referendum to determine Iran’s future governance.

  • Inclusivity: Prince Reza Pahlavi’s "Transition System" is built on secular democratic principles, inviting all who adhere to human rights to participate in rebuilding the nation.

  • Competence: Prince Reza Pahlavi recognizes the critical role of the existing experts across state and private sectors ensuring continuation of essential services including the critical role of the security forces in stabilization and preventing the institutional collapse.

IV. Immediate Demands for International Action

We call upon the United States and European nations to move beyond symbolic condemnation and take the following concrete steps:

  1. Invoke R2P (Responsibility to Protect): Formally declare the regime's actions as genocide and crimes against humanity. Authorize collective action, including surgical strikes against IRGC leadership and repressive assets.

  2. Total Economic Isolation: Dismantle the "ghost fleet" of oil tankers and freeze all global assets belonging to regime officials and their affiliates.

  3. Shatter the Information Blockade: Deploy Starlink and secure communication tools nationwide. Conduct cyber operations to disable the regime’s digital repression tools.

  4. Diplomatic Expulsion: Expel all diplomats of the illegitimate Islamic Republic and recognize the transitional framework led by Prince Reza Pahlavi.

  5. Unconditional Release: Demand the immediate freedom of all political prisoners.

Conclusion

The Iranian people are not asking for sympathy; they are asking for the world to uphold the principles of freedom and self-determination. History will judge the international community by its willingness to act at this moment of mass atrocity.

The time for the total fall of the regime is now. Together, we will secure the final victory.
