About the event

Phoenix Project of Iran First 100-Days Management Plan Workshop

Friday May 12, 2023 10am-4pm

This event bring together Phoenix Project of Iran members Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as well as other Iranian academics,  experts, scientists to participate in a workshop and collaborate on the First 100-Days Emergency Response Management Plan.  The initial version of the Plan was developed by Qoqnoos Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in January 2023 and shared with Shahzadeh Reza Pahlavi ahead of his European Tour.

Upon announcing the Systems Thinking approach for an Interim Government (IG) in Iran at San Diego Conference in October 2022, Qoqnoos Phoenix Project of Iran (QPPI) announced eighteen different departments for the interim government. Out of eighteen departments, QPPI identified six departments that are critical and play an important role during the first 100 Days of transition. These are:

  1. Economics
  2. Health & Medicine
  3. Logistics & Management
  4. Justice & Security
  5. Foreign Policy
  6. Public Relation & Media

Within each of the six departments, QPPI Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) identified top five critical risks/opportunities that are selected and are addressed in this First 100-Days Emergency Response Plan. We have used a risk-based approach to select the risks by weighing the likelihood and impact of uncertain conditions within these departments. The risk-based approach also allows for maximum collaboration and enables external scientific organization to review the work and provide feedback.

The Goal of this Workshop to open a dialog with external Subject Matter Experts, academics, and experts and collectively review the initial version of the 100-Days plan and receive feedback.
